Key to the overall project goal was to develop a series of "views" that could highlight performance on an owner's computer in which they could visualize the combination of performance as well as ongoing "treatment" of the computer by the concierge service.
Each section has a specific purpose around visualizing performance - helping encourage the user to pay attention and frequently test for problems.
Another key aspect of the overall test-engine was to provide clear actions that the user can take to improve performance. In this view, you can see the notifications section that highlights the combination of notifications as well as proposed Tasks.
In all examples, there is an attention to providing useful information, but also clear visual cues that emphasize whether there is a likely problem or not as well as an action to be taken.
